“We asked why students would or would not want to work for the top agencies in federal government,” Kustop shared, and then collected specific feedback from the respondents. The ‘why’ focused around duty, opportunity, prestige and benefits. The ‘why not’ was centered on bureaucracy, lack of creativity or stimulus, and structure.
