“We next asked what was the most important driver in selecting a position,” said Kutsop. These choices were employer reputation and image, people and culture, job characteristics, remuneration and advancement. “The way the students weighed the four categories of drivers is about equal. That is to say that each of these areas is of great importance to students. In general, they make choices about employers based on numerous attributes, not just one or two.”
