“The recruiting team at HP assembled a ‘best in class recruiter profile’, matched to the HR career development framework, external analysis, staffing leadership expectations and job makeup,” explained Weitzman. “Our goal was to find the skills needed to find and hire top talent today.”

The team then built a talent assessment for both recruiters and talent acquisition managers. “This assessment focused on measuring business acumen, strategic sourcing ability and customer centrism, amongst other key competencies,” Weitzman added.
