How can any organization make a successful recruiter competencies toolbox? Weitzman said, “You have to ensure ongoing education; why the skill is important and how to embody it. People learn in many different ways. We wanted to make sure that everyone had a chance to grow. Make sure that the competencies defined, and recruiter effectiveness, are measured as part of the performance plan.”
