An understanding of challenges will be critical to address through the program design. “You’ll also want to be very specific about the ideal outcomes that you are looking to achieve,” Garratt added. “One thing to recognize,” continued Stelzner, “you’re probably supporting at least four generations of employees. This cultural engagement piece needs to be able to dynamically target each generation in the workforce.”
