Checking to see what is heard is a critical metric of all intentional messaging. Over-communicating does not hurt as long as messages do not contradict. Identifying the right channels to share information is a critically important communication tactic. It is also important to oversee the timing of communication methods so they reinforce each other (such as written communication and verbal face to face), with consistent or complementary messages. 11 of 12
