Particularly, in developing program mechanics, content and materials, it is important to reflect your unique brand rather than copy and paste a program from another organization. Engaging stakeholders in a pilot and collecting feedback will capture the refinements needed. Feedback collected throughout the implementation and the program’s lifetime will cause stakeholders to pay attention to metrics that communicate success.
