Steering Committees for successful onboarding are comprised of multi-functional human capital leaders in the organization such as the Chief Talent Officer, Business Unit Learning Leaders, Internal Communications Leader, and Recruiting Leaders. Project Core Teams do the legwork and lifting, often with separate Project Core Teams to build content, integrate with supporting parts of the organization, and drive the program to accelerate talent performance. Tactical support from parts of the company such as legal, finance and IT join Project Core Teams at various points in design and a pilot implementation.
