Just a few years ago, TeleTech may have been considered a “stone age” type company in terms of their human capital functions. Advertising was through the newspaper. Resumes came into the company via fax. Performance reviews were done yearly, on a paper basis. Certainly, there were also generational gaps that needed to be addressed when it came to hiring and retention. |
