Who’s a good candidate for Teletech’s virtual environment?

  • Integrity – Propensity to properly adhere to rules, procedure, and moral codes.
  • Dependability – Ability to comply with agreed upon actions, deadlines, and outcomes.
  • Agreeableness – Ability to be polite and accommodating in social situations.
  • Achievement Oriented – Tendency to be intrinsically motivated to succeed by setting challenging goals and working hard to meet those goals through the belief that individual effort will impact outcome.
  • Resilience – Ability to maintain one’s composure and drive during periods of uncertainty, frustration, or difficulty.
  • Self-Motivation – Ability to maintain one’s discipline to complete certain tasks or adopt a particular pattern of behavior, even though one would rather be engaging in other tasks or activities.
  • Attitude towards working at home – Propensity to display negative attitudes towards the typical workplace and positive attitudes towards features of working from home.
  • Intention to Stay/Propensity to Leave – Overt and inadvertent display of intention to work for this organization and displayed behavior of retention in the past.
  • Adaptability – The ability to shift focus, style, or behavior to meet demands of the environment, an event, or a new situation.
  • Passion towards Customer Service - The tendency to accurately understand the needs of others and be motivated to solve that need.
