One of Taleo’s largest retail customers, with 32,900 hourly employees, measured significant savings in reducing seasonal talent turnover, using automated talent acquisition:

  • 32,900 employees had a seasonal 52% turnover rate = 17,108 replacements required
  • Reducing seasonal turnover to 48% = 15,792 replacements required
  • 1316 less hires required for all stores @ $2,000 replacement cost per person = $2,632,000 savings in recruiting replacement costs
