An insightful survey finding was retailers’ comparison of “importance” of human capital management applications vs. their “current performance.” Of all human capital management applications, talent acquisition had relatively high importance but also the most notable gap (nearly 17%) compared to current performance. This suggests that even companies with these talent acquisition applications now are not satisfied with how their workforce management tools perform. |
